While Digital Paxton is intended to serve scholars, it is by design a public digital humanities project. To promote public engagement, Will Fenton regularly presents updates to a range of audiences at a host of different platforms. Recently, the project has been featured in the Albuquerque Journal, American Indian: The Magazine of the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian, American Quarterly, Common-place, Education Week, Journal of Interactive Technology & Pedagogy, Humanities: The Magazine of the National Endowment for the Humanities, National Public Radio (Code Switch), the Pennsylvania Cable Network, Penn Live, Philadelphia Inquirer, and WHYY.
