PREFACE
PREFACES to little Performances are, of late, become frequent. The Design of this is only to inform the Writer of the letter, that his Friend published it, in the loose Manner in which it was wrote; as he believed the Sentiments might be of Benefit to the Public; and therefore they might be pleased to excuse any Inaccuracies of Style or Method.
