Resolved, n, c, That Presbyterians have as good a Right to Pennsylvania as the Children of Israel had formerly to the Land of Canaan, and that it is lawful and right for Presbyterians to make use of the same Means in extirpating Quakers, Indians, or any other of their Foreign or Domestic Enemies, that the Isralites did to extipate the Cananites.

3dly. Resolved, n, c, That the sole right of civil and ecclesiastical Jurisdiction in this Province, belongs to Presbyterian Ministers; and that they have the same Authority to preach against, and exclude Kingly Government at this Day, as the pious and reverend Mr. Knox had to write and preach against the Government of Females in the Reign of Queen Elizabeth.
